Star Wars models for DAZ
Images of available Star Wars models for your 3D rendering. Note that these are not downloads but, where possible, download links will be on the pages. Some are hi-res characters and clothing for G8 and G3 models, some are simple objects such as vehicles. I'm hoping this will be a fairly exhaustive look at both free and premium models available for Star Wars fans.

Description
This is a complete redesign of the Krechet class Cruiser from the Romulan War Era. I wanted to achieve a design to make it look like it comes from the Enterprise TV Series. But it should also recognizable as an early Starfleet ship from the pre-TOS time. I also changed the UESPA like hull paintings and give it a more Starfleet look.
The Krechet is known from the "Starfleet Museum" Website designed by Masao Okazaki which was my canon, before the Enterprise TV Show overwrote it.
Class Info:
The first class of ships constructed during the Romulan War, the Krechet-class cruisers, were based on the older fusion-powered Amarillo class, which was the United Earth Stellar Navy's most modern ship at the start of the war.
The main differences between the ships were in the secondary hull. Krechet was the first UESN ship to be powered by a Materie Antimaterie Mark-II-B reactor. Krechet used a single spherical nacelle mounted directly behind its warp reactor and 2 small Jaguar II directional nacelles outboard of the primary hull.
Krechet's performance at warp was significantly improved. Whereas Amarillo had a top speed of Warp 2.9, Krechet could reach Warp 3.5 and maintain this speed for 8 days. At a cruising speed of Warp 3.0 Krechet could operate continuously for nearly 200 days. In addition, because Krechet no longer had to carry large quantities of deuterium to fuel its main reactor, it could carry a larger payload, including more munitions, stores, and consumables.
Eight Krechet-class ships would eventually be built. Although the Krechet class was a transitional design that was not effective across the entire performance spectrum, it did allow the UESN to gain valuable experience in maintaining and operating M/AM reactors under service conditions. As the United Earth-Andor alliance went on the offensive in mid-2158, Krechets were largely relegated to secondary roles by the newer and more capable Powhatan and Comet classes.
