Description
Working on a new Systems Alliance ship. The Siracusa class, a artillery cruiser.
Artillery ships are made for sieges or long range artillery fire to support other ships in fleet battles. They are slow, but none can match its destructive power. They are great suppression ships, with a sustained damage that can make even a mighty Dreadnought struggle to stay alive.
Artillery Cruisers are named after sieges in Earth History.
The model is far from ready. Its still work in progress, but the main hull design is final, so i show the first images of it. Still need much work on the details like guns and the textures need works too. For the design i use some component of my earlier construced Denali Mk1 class Dreadnought.

Gods above ships like this would have been great to have in Mass Effect. "Oh, what's that Sovereign Reaper? I'm bombarding you from beyond your weapons range while other ships are keeping you occupied? It would be a shame if I got a direct hit." *moments later the Reaper explodes* You know...like that.
