New Orleans class by Euderion New Orleans class by Euderion
The New Orleans class frigates entered service in the early 24th century and remained in service until the 2370s, at least.
The vessels crewed 550 officers and crew, with room for up to 1,600 passengers. Additionally, the New Orleans could carry 4,200 persons in an evacuation situation. The vessels measured 425 meters in length. The New Orleans-class had four standard personnel transporters, four emergency transporter stages and four cargo transporters. These vessels were equipped with standard control computer, tractor beam, sensor and deflector shields.

The New Orleans used warp engines rated to cruise at warp factor 5 and max out at warp factor 9, with an upper maximum of warp 9.3 sustainable for 12 hours. The New Orleans weapons had a 720 degree arc phaser emitter, with forward, aft, port and starboard firing arcs. The vessels had three photon torpedo launcher pods, two on top of the saucer hull, one on bottom of engineering section. A fourth launcher is at the end of the engine section, like the one on the Galaxy class. Every Launcher is capable firing spreads of 8 torpedoes from a magazine of 200.

Sweet! Do you collect all those eagle moss starships. I do and a few bigger ones! They have the New Orleans ship out already!

I collect some of them, only my favorites. They are too expensive and space needing to collect all of them, and i must say some of them i dont even want for free. The Malon freighter, the JJAbrams ships or the Orion ships as example.
But yes, i will buy the New Orleans, when she comes here in Germany. We fall back around a year with the release of new models. So i think i have to wait a bit.

Awesome work!  :)

I feel rather bad that I have fallen away from keeping up with all of the classes from the Star Trek Universe ... I mean I have been collecting the calendars, Ships of the Line since 2005.  :)

Thanks!
The New Orleans is a lesser known ship, seen only for a couple of seconds as a wreck in the Aftermath of the Battle of Wolf 359.

That doesn't surprise me ... especially with them using the wreckage as a shot of the junk depot in a later Star Trek: The Next Generation ... the Unification with Mr. Spock in it.  :)
