Asari Heavy Cruiser Redesign

Another overwork of my old Asari design. This time the Heavy cruiser. Over a year ago i designed the Heavy Cruiser, called Nefrane class. Here's the old overview: Asari Heavy Cruiser Nefrane class Overview
Looking through my old works now and i do not like it anymore. The bottom and top towers doesnt please me anymore. So here is a redesign of the Heavy Cruiser. I shortened the towers and give the main hull a more flowing shape.
So, what ya think? Better or not?

Class Info:
The Nefrane class is a 740 meter long Cruiser / Dreadnought Mix, the heaviest Asari unit that are not restricted by the Treaty of Farixen. Due to their powerful design, the primary role of these heavy cruisers is not combat but to show the flag. The idea behind the deployment of such vessels is to convince a would be agressor to choose diplomacy over war.
The ship is named after the lost city Nefrane, the Asari Equivalent of the Earth myth of Atlantis.
